As a small, family owned practice, we give every patient the time and attention they deserve. Recently, we’ve been receiving an unusually high number of calls and appointment requests. We appreciate your patience as our team works to respond to everyone as quickly as we can.

Q: How long does it take to get a response?
A: Most messages are returned within 1–3 business days. We respond in the order they are received.
Q: Can I book an appointment faster by calling?
A: Calling and submitting an online request both go into the same queue, so either option is fine.
Q: What if my issue is urgent?
A: Please call us and leave a detailed voicemail: urgent needs are prioritized whenever possible.
Q: Do you accept new patients?
A: Yes! Availability varies, but we’re happy to help you get started.
Q: Do you accept dental insurance?
A: Yes! We accept ALL DENTAL INSURANCE. We are “in-network” with most major insurance companies, but will submit claims on your behalf if we are out of network with your insurance provider.
Q: Do you accept Tenncare?
A: Yes! for ADULTS ONLY (Tenncare considers adults to be 21 and over.Services are limited due to availability. Currently, as of November 2025, we are booking for multiple extractions, dentures/partials and implant services.
